Returns & Exchanges Policy
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returns & Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date
- Shirts must not have been worn, washed, dried or stained in any way.
- Items must be accompanied by the packing slip & Return Authorization form.
- Items must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation
- All shipping cost must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e the customer)
Incorrect Address and Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional $8.00 charge if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.
Defective items: If there is a problem with your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your original order date. While we do everything within our power that you receive the products you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Defective items do not include items that were approved during the Logo Approval and Estimate Approval phase. We will not refund or exchange because you changed your mind, You choose the wrong size, you did not follow the care instructions and have damaged the garment. Defective items include items that were not on the order, items that are damaged from manufacturing, and items that have faulty print.
We take customer service serious and we want you to love your rash guards, if there is a problem we want to know. Just please be aware that we print from your approval and are not able to change or take responsibly for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors that you may make on the logo
- Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded logos
- Incorrect product type, size or color made by the customer
- Garment colors may vary slightly from the actual images on the website
Sizing Issues: If you are returning an item because of a size issues, please make sure you check the size on the inside of the left hip.
Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the item.
If the return is denied based on the above criteria, you will be notified by email. Items that are denied will be held for 15 days and are only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.
Custom designed rash guards and sun shirts are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. No returns on custom logo orders.
Returns are not available on sale items.
